Where are you located?
We are a licensed nursery in the Florida Panhandle.
When will my order ship?
We package and ship orders on Monday and Tuesday. Any orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 pm will ship out the following week.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Will my plant arrive pre-potted?
At this time, plants and planters will be shipped separately.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for our plants, unless your plant is damaged upon arrival. Please send us time stamped photos of your plant, delivery confirmation time, and a description of the damage to hello@thehomeplantcompany.com and we will get you sorted. We will honor returns on unused planters, but the customer must pay the shipping cost.
